TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Leon County Commission is one step away from approving half a million dollars in affordable housing financing, which would end a long-running push by faith groups for the local government to do more to support those with very low incomes.
The Capital Area Justice Ministry (CAJM) has pushed for years for both the City of Tallahassee and Leon County to appropriate more funds for affordable housing.
