Fort Worth is about to welcome its first Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers restaurant this summer. The Kansas-based fast food chain, known for its creamy custard milkshakes and crispy fried smash burgers, will open a new location in southwest Fort Worth in late July 2025.
Currently, Freddy’s operates several locations nearby, including in Burleson, Mansfield, and Keller. The upcoming Fort Worth restaurant will bring the brand’s popular menu to the city for the first time. Along with steakburgers and custard shakes, Freddy’s also offers hot dogs, fries, and chicken sandwiches.
According to a spokesperson for Freddy’s, the new Fort Worth restaurant will be located at 9212 Summer Creek Drive. It sits just off the Chisholm Trail Tollroad, near Chisholm Trail Park.
