BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — After six months of Prop 36 being enforced here in California, the District Attorney’s Office said that 822 felony cases have been filed since Prop 36 was implemented.
Eyewitness News spoke with District Attorney Cynthia Zimmer, who said that she is pleased with the results but said there’s still a lot of work to be done.
