Nearly two years after violence unfolded near Boston’s J’ouvert Parade, the man accused of being responsible will face a judge again on Tuesday.
It’s the first time that Gerald Vick will be in court after allegedly running from authorities the night before he was set to go on trial — and it was a longtime effort by police to capture the man.
