ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — A warm and humid airmass will be in place across Southwest and Central Virginia for the next several days. Expect a daily chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms through the beginning of next week.
Heat and high humidity will be a concern on Tuesday. The New River Valley and Alleghany Highlands can expect afternoon temperatures in the mid-to-upper 80s. Highs will be in the lower to middle 90s in the Roanoke Valley, Central Virginia, and Southside.
