Iowa reports back-to-back pheasant harvest

Des Moines – The Iowa Department of Natural Resources reports the second highest pheasant harvest in nearly two decades.

More than 460,000 roosters were taken last fall, behind only the 2023 harvest. The DNR says only South Dakota had more pheasants harvested.
