Property values in Plano have increased over the past four years, with total market value growing to $78.79 billion in 2024 — a 41.1% increase from 2020 levels, according to newly released Collin County appraisal data.
The city’s net taxable value rose 34.5% from $45.17 billion in 2020 to $60.75 billion in 2024, though values dipped slightly to $45.01 billion in 2022 before recovering to $56.03 billion in 2023.
