A cornerstone of the Twin Cities fine-dining scene for more than two decades, Café & Bar Lurcat in Minneapolis will close in September.
The iconic establishment, known for its glamorous dinners and picturesque location next to Loring Park, plans to end its run on Sept. 5, owner D’Amico & Partners announced Tuesday.
“For 23 years, Café & Bar Lurcat has been a beacon of celebration, a space where every meal is a memory, and guests are family,” co-owner Richard D’Amico said in a statement. “We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our staff, whose dedication, passion, and skill have made every experience extraordinary.”
The closure will mark the end of the road for D’Amico’s full-service restaurants in Minnesota…
