Milwaukee Residents Invited to In-Person Job Fairs on July 10th for Immediate Employment Opportunities

Job seekers in Milwaukee, mark your calendars for Thursday, July 10. The City of Milwaukee Office of Equity & Inclusion is hosting two In Person Job Fairs, providing opportunities for immediate employment. According to details released in a recent news announcement, one will be held at the Northcott Neighborhood House at 2460 N. 6th St. and is supported by Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs. Meanwhile, the other will take place at Garden Homes Park at 2600 W. Atkinson Avenue with Alderwoman Andrea M. Pratt’s support.

These job fairs, looking to bring immediate employment opportunities, are conveniently situated in burgeoning neighborhoods identified for priority outreach by the Office of Equity & Inclusion. Attending Milwaukee residents can meet and engage with a bevy of employers and career specialists from leading sectors such as manufacturing, office, healthcare, retail, and transportation/logistics. The city’s news release mentions that numerous service agencies will be in attendance.

Co-sponsorship for the event ropes in a variety of local organizations including Northwest Side CDC, Employ Milwaukee, UMOS, and many more. Fathers Making Progress, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee are among the partners that have come together to support these crucial career connecting events.
