EDWARDSVILLE — A St. Louis man was charged Tuesday with multiple felonies, including two counts of first-degree murder, after allegedly crashing into a couple’s car at the intersection of Illinois 3 and 143 while being chased by police on July 3.
The victims were identified as George “Randy” Julian, 66, and his wife, Donna M. Julian, 68, of Alton.
Miko D. Martin, 29, of St. Louis, was charged July 7 with two counts of first degree murder, both Class M felonies; possession of a firearm by a repeat felony offender, a Class X felony; felon in possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a stolen weapon, and two counts of reckless homicide, all Class 2 felonies; and three counts of aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer, all Class 4 felonies…
