SEATTLE — Washington state has launched a pilot program for a hate crimes and bias incidents hotline in Clark, King, and Spokane counties.
This initiative, which began this month, aims to provide an alternative way for residents to report hate crimes or bias incidents, rather than going directly to law enforcement. The hotline, available at 1-855-225-1010, offers non-emergency support and can assist in reporting incidents to local law enforcement with the caller’s consent.
