Man killed on I-5 believed shot in retaliation for deadly Wasco shooting: report

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A motorist who was fatally shot on Interstate 5 last week is believed to have been killed in retaliation for a shooting that killed a woman in Wasco the day before, according to a court filing.

Juan Humberto Loza, 28, is charged with murder and other charges in the June 30 death of Alberto Garcia Hernandez Duran Jr., 38, of Wasco.
