Jenna Bush Hager Starts New Book Business

Additional Coverage:

Today show host Jenna Bush Hager is expanding her horizons with a new publishing imprint, Thousand Voices, launched earlier this year in partnership with Random House Publishing Group. Hager’s imprint will release its first book, Conform by Ariel Sullivan, this fall. Described as a blend of Margaret Atwood and The Hunger Games, the dystopian romance novel follows a young woman caught between two loves and opposing sides of a rebellion.

To celebrate the launch, Hager has partnered with ResortPass, a service offering day passes to luxury hotels. ResortPass users will receive a copy of Conform to enjoy poolside, combining relaxation with Hager’s passion for reading.

“Reading is self-care and it’s also community,” Hager explained to Good Housekeeping, emphasizing the synergy between a relaxing getaway and a good book. She praised ResortPass for providing accessible leisure options, noting, “What ResortPass is doing is allowing people who can’t go on a big vacation to still go hang by the pool…

And what I always want to do by the pool, of course, is read.”

Hager’s Thousand Voices aims to spotlight emerging female authors from diverse backgrounds and genres. With eight books slated for release over the next year, Hager emphasized the unifying theme of “humanity” within her chosen works. She believes books offer a valuable connection point in a time when meaningful conversations can be challenging.
