Could others face criminal charges in the murder of Crystal Rogers?

KENTUCKY, USA — Now that Brooks Houck and Joseph Lawson were found guilty in the death of Bardstown mother Crystal Rogers following a nine-day trial, will other unindicted co-conspirators face any legal action?

According to Louisville attorney and WHAS11 legal analyst Nick Mudd, it’s not out of the realm of possibility. Given that Brooks Houck was found guilty after jurors deliberated for just four hours, he believes there could be some legal repercussions for Nick and Rosemary Houck.

“We heard a lot of testimony about Nick Houck and Rosemary Houck, and so it wouldn’t surprise me. For the people of Bardstown, this isn’t over,” Mudd said…
