Justin Owens, 36, of St. Louis, was charged with first-degree attempted burglary and harassment, both felonies, as well as resisting arrest and operating a vehicle in a careless manner, both misdemeanors, stemming from an incident on the late evening of May 28.
According to the probable cause statement filed by Wright City Police Officer William Ingrassia, Owens reached out to the victim threatening her and saying he was going to rob her home.
