COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Over 1,500 customers were without power Tuesday afternoon in Colorado Springs.
As of 3:45 p.m., 1,538 customers were without power in the area of Austin Bluffs Parkway and Rangewood Drive, Colorado Springs Utilities said.
