PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was arrested with weapons and cocaine after a reported burglary in Scappoose early Monday morning, authorities said.
According to Scappoose police, officers responded to an armed burglary near Rolling Hills Drive and Southeast 9th Avenue.
By the time police arrived, they said the suspect had left the scene but they were quickly found following a search of the surrounding area.
