BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 1-year-old boy, Charley Mercer, who was last seen with his father, Clinton Loveless, on Sunday, July 6, 2025. The pair was spotted in the 3700 block of M Street at approximately 5:00 p.m.
Charley Mercer is described as around 2 feet tall and weighing 30 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing only a diaper.
