BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Three people are facing charges in connections with alleged threats made to the Erie County SPCA in West Seneca, police said.
Savio Serrano, 27, of Buffalo, is accused of calling the SPCA on Tuesday morning and threatening to kill staff and “shoot up” the Harlem Road facility.
While officers were at the SPCA gathering witness statements, Serrano allegedly showed up with two “associates.” Serrano is accused of fleeing on foot with two others when police tried to arrest him.
