U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a hold on a Wildwood teen who was arrested for recklessly driving without a license.
An officer observed 18-year-old Eyner Fabricio Perez on a black motorcycle driving westbound near the intersection of North Old Wire Road at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. He was not wearing eye protection, leading the officer to make a U-turn for a traffic stop.
Perez proceeded to run the red light and make a right turn at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and U.S. Hwy. 301. The officer saw the motorcycle speeding on the highway, continuously changing lanes to flee from law enforcement.
