MADISON, Wis. — Madison police were investigating after a man was possibly shot in the arm downtown early on July 4th.
Officers were called to an apartment on North Bartelt Ct. at around 1:45 a.m. last Friday after a man reported suffering an arm injury. He said he was walking near downtown when he was either shot or hit by a firework.
A family member picked the man up and brought him to the apartment…
