Footage from two video cameras has been released capturing the incident in which an off-duty Colonie Police officer struck a 65-year-old man.
The incident happened on May 27 at around 10:12 p.m. Officer Jason Tusch was driving on Old Loudon Road in the area of Purtell Avenue in Latham, when he struck John Bonds, State Police said.
