BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Another major heat wave is set to blaze its way through Bakersfield and Kern County this week, and as temperatures heat up, staying cool should be a top priority for those who have to weather the storm.
“It’s extremely dangerous,” said Kern County Public Health EMS program manager Jeff Fariss about the upcoming days of extreme high heat in Kern County.
