CINCINNATI (WXIX) -The father of a man shot and killed in Hartwell in 2023 is asking the public to come forward with any tips in his son’s case as it remains unsolved.
Dr. Alvin Holcomb, who resides in New York, says that this time of year has become emotionally challenging for his family.
