Vandals face felony charges after damaging Piqua’s Lock 9 Park restroom

PIQUA, Ohio (WKEF) — 2 juveniles face felony charges after vandalizing Piqua’s Lock 9 Park on July 1st.

Piqua’s Lock 9 Park had its ribbon cutting ceremony last July. In just one year, Assistant City Manager Amy Welker said it’s been vandalized several times already, with damage to the restroom being the most recent.
