LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville man who wishes to remain anonymous recently won big on a Kentucky Lottery scratch-off.
The lucky winner told lottery officials he plays regularly, typically spending between $20 and $50 on tickets every week. This time, he was getting ready for vacation while he scratched the numbers.
