Logan Square resident Angel Santiago has glaucoma, Type 2 diabetes and is legally blind, and now he’s struggling to find his service dog after a frightening incident.
Santiago says his service dog Bam Bam is key to his independence, but a few weeks ago, all that changed when someone tried to steal Bam Bam out of his backyard in Logan Square.
