Lubbock, Texas – Heavy rain could soak the Southern Texas Panhandle and parts of the South Plains this weekend, with the highest flood threat expected Saturday night into early Sunday morning.
According to the National Weather Service in Lubbock, rain chances will increase sharply starting Saturday evening, peaking at 70% overnight.
