COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – The Council Bluffs Police Department is training some potential new recruits this week. Those recruits are getting started at an early age.
According to a study from The International Association of Chiefs of Police, 75% of police agencies say that recruiting is more difficult today than it was five years ago.
