JENNINGS, Mo. – A teenager accused in a deadly road rage shooting in Jennings earlier this year now faces criminal charges.
On Thursday, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Steven Martin, 18, of St. Louis County, with seven felonies, including first-degree murder and three counts of armed criminal action, in connection with the road rage shooting.
