RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Update at 1:25 p.m.: The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is releasing new information about an incident in which a man was arrested as firefighters battled a fire in Sun Valley.
They identified the suspect as Scott Sisktrunk, and say he refused to comply with commands or to vacate the premises.
