CAPE CORAL, Florida — The Cape Coral Police Department is now accepting applications for its free 10-week Citizen’s Police Academy, offering residents a unique glimpse into police operations. Classes will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 PM.
Participants will receive presentations on various law enforcement topics, including forensics, DUI enforcement, 911 operations, traffic stops, and firearm safety at the driving range.
