Attorneys discuss admissible evidence, testimony ahead of Camp Swamp Road shooting hearing

(WPDE) — After the defense’s motion to pause proceedings in a civil lawsuit related to the death of Scott Spivey was rescinded, attorneys talked discovery-related issues Thursday as they inched closer to the stand-your-ground hearing.

For about an hour, the lawyers representing both parties in the deadly 2023 road rage shooting went back and forth about what would be admissible in court.
