FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Three people were arrested Tuesday after officers say they found multiple firearms, a gang-related manifesto, and more items at an apartment in Fresno, police said.
Officers were dispatched to the area of El Paso Avenue and Angus Avenue on July 8. It was reported that a group of people who were armed were arguing in front of an apartment.
