Four dogs found inside a Whitten Road home in Pelzer had no food or water, and the floor was covered in fecal matter.

Deputies with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office’s Animal Control Unit charged Brianna Richardson on July 9 with four counts of felony ill treatment of an animal after discovering her dogs living in deplorable conditions at her residence, according to a report.
