Martin pleaded guilty on July 3 to three felony charges: statutory sexual assault, patronizing a victim of human trafficking, and criminal use of a communication facility. He was sentenced to a term of 2.5 to 5 years in prison and ordered to pay a $300 fine. A separate evaluation will determine whether Martin should be classified as a sexually violent predator, a designation that carries stricter post-release monitoring.
