Judge postpones trial in 2022 Boca Chita deadly boating crash

A judge agreed to reset a trial date for a prominent real estate broker who pleaded not guilty to felony vessel homicide in a 2022 boat crash that killed a 17-year-old high school student.

On Wednesday, attorneys for the prosecution and defense told Judge Marisa Tinkler Mendez they would need more time to take witness statements.
