RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 22-year-old man has been charged with multiple felonies after a Richmond Department of Public Works employee was shot while working a trash collection route in May.
On Thursday, July 10, Richmond Police Chief Rick Edwards held a quarterly crime briefing, where he said that 22-year-old Jordan Gayle of Henrico County was arrested on Saturday, June 28, in the city’s Shockoe Bottom area with a firearm found nearby.
