A wave of new retail and food businesses are set to enliven Embarcadero Center, the quiet downtown SF shopping center. BXP, the private developer that owns the 3.3-million-square-foot mixed-use complex, announced the eight new leases in a news release on Wednesday.
French patisserie Boho Petite, popular food truck Burger Littles, toffee company Cheeky Bits Sweets, and sandwich shop Jerry’s Roast Pork from the team behind Rosalind Bakery, which also has a location at Embarcadero Center, are the new food tenants. New retailers include women’s clothing boutique Ambiance, naturopathic practitioner B12 LOVE, Pilates studio Elevate Pilates and Puppies & Yoga, which offers “weekly yoga classes accompanied by playful puppies and post-class cuddle sessions.”
