Cedar Rapids ethics board weighs in on questions over conflict of interest

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The Cedar Rapids Board of Ethics is issuing an advisory opinion for the first time in years.

Cedar Rapids City Council member David Maier asked the board for an advisory opinion on two potential conflicts of interest.
