CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The CEO of Oak View Group, the company that manages the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, has stepped down after being accused of rigging a contract bid in Central Texas. Tim Leiweke resigned Tuesday following allegations from prosecutors tied to a multimillion-dollar deal in the Austin area.
