LUBBOCK, Texas— James Lucas Johnson, 38, was federally indicted on charges that include Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, being a Convicted Felon in Possession of Firearms, Possession of Firearms in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime and Distribution and Possession with Intent to Distribute Five Grams or more of Methamphetamine, according to court documents released on Thursday.
