FALLS CITY — Dustin Bernard, 39, of Falls City was sentenced to 30 months probation for delivery of methamphetamine.
A Richardson County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says a man told investigators he gave money to Bernard to purchase methamphetamine in St. Joseph, Mo. The affidavit says deputies searched the informant’s motel room and found methamphetamine.
