Man caught setting shrubbery on fire near Vancouver PD headquarters

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – A man is accused of setting shrubbery on fire near the Vancouver Police Department’s headquarters earlier this month.

Police say a sergeant was leaving headquarters on July 3 when he spotted a man setting trees and shrubs on fire near the East Evergreen Boulevard overpass.
