CANTON, N.Y. (WWTI) – A 40-year-old Albany man is facing drug and weapons possession charges after Tuesday traffic stop in St. Lawrence County.
According to the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department, they arrested David Rios after a traffic stop on State Route 68 in the town of Canton.

Rios was pulled over and a K-9 alerted authorities that narcotics were inside the vehicle during a subsequent search.
