The stepfather of a teenage girl who had gone missing in Northampton County earlier this year and was later found safe in Georgia is accused of recording a phone conversation he had with a police officer and two others without their knowledge or permission.
John Gehrmann, 44, is charged with felony interception, disclosure, or use of wire, electronic or oral, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Palmer Township Police Department. He was arraigned in court Thursday.
