WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A second person has been charged in connection with a homicide from last month.
According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, they arrested and charged 16-year-old Jaisharr Jahon Semai Kirby on Thursday in connection with the June 25 death of Jacob Diehl.
