Man who shot PPA worker in 2022 pleads guilty in negotiated deal with prosecutors

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The man who shot a Philadelphia Parking Authority worker nearly three years ago has pleaded guilty to two charges in a negotiated deal with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

Termaine Saulsbury admitted to shooting a PPA enforcement officer and pleaded guilty to attempted murder and firearms possession charges.

The PPA officer, Timothy McKenzie, was working along Frankford Avenue on Nov. 25, 2022, when he was approached by Saulsbury from behind, who then shot him in the ear and shoulder. McKenzie survived…
