Police investigating deadly shooting in Rockville

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Police are continuing to investigate a shooting in Rockville that happened last month.

On June 14, officers with the Montgomery County Department of Police and the Rockville City Police went to an apartment, located in the 600 block of Blandford Street, for a welfare check at around 7:51 a.m.

There, they found 38-year-old Vincent De Porres Young II fatally shot, with his autopsy ruling his death a homicide.
