A Cedar Rapids Martini Bar is Opening a Second Corridor Location

Get ready for a SECOND BarTini’s location here in Eastern Iowa! The 5-month-old bar and restaurant has announced that they are expanding into another city here in the Corridor.

What is ‘BarTini’s?’

Back on February 1st, a new martini bar called BarTini’s officially opened at 151 1st Ave SW in Cedar Rapids. In addition to more than 100 different types of martinis, the upscale bar also serves small plates, “whiskeys and bourbons, fine wine and beer, as well as a seasonal craft cocktail menu.” Now, the city of Marion will get to enjoy these offerings, too! According to a new article from the Cedar Rapids Gazette, BarTini’s is going to be open a second Corridor location in Uptown Marion.

Where Will it Be Located?

The Cedar Rapids Gazette reports that the Marion BarTini’s will be moving into the former home of Bistro 3 Nineteen and Crab Attack Seafood Kitchen & Bar at 796 11th Street. Crab Attack officially closed in late December, and the building has sat empty ever since.

When Will it Open?

There is no official opening date yet, but owner Darin Beck told the Gazette that he hopes to have it open in September. A June Facebook post from the original BarTini’s has revealed that they are now hiring for the new location. You can get more information about that HERE.

In the meantime, the Cedar Rapids BarTini’s is open, and they just announced their new summer hours on social media. The bar is open Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to midnight and Friday & Saturday from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. Happy Hour runs Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and features buy-one-get-one cocktails and featured martinis.
